I didn't get online until I was sure to have my security up and running so I don't see how it would be virus related and I've only had the laptop I EVEN USE NORTON 360 REMOVAL TOOL DIDNT WORK , HAD TOP TECH SUPPORT FROM ROAD RUNNER NOTHING READING THE FORUMS AND THE WINSOCK XP FIX FREE REMOVAL TOOL WORKED!!!!!!!!!
