Was wondering why my silly USB wouldn't work. Thanks for your hints! The WinToFlash utility recommended halfway thru the comments, loads a ton of spyware on your windows even when you choose NO, DO NOT INSTALL during the installation. It was recognized as bootable, but it seemed like it went into a continuous read-loop.
