The copying from the PCHealth folder into System folder worked. When I reinstalled these two from the CD, I only get a quick> > flash of a command screen and then nothing. something just doesn't feel right. The emerging of the message may be triggered by the altered path to msconfig.exe, whether it has been changed or deleted. The two most probable causes for the error are virus corruption and adjusted entries in the Windows Registry. If for some reason you do not have it, you can download it from your xp boot cd.

Make sure that you have a powerful and fully updated Antivirus on your PC.
