Ragaei Mahmoud 25 July 2016 at 7:04 am Another solution if deleting the .LCK does not resolve the issue. just create a new VM but select the option to not make or start a system now then close the CM and copy the VMDK file create from the new VM I went into device manager (right click My Computer - Manage - Device Manager) and deleted (uninstalled) the CD/DVD ROM device.
