Uninstalled Ethernet drivers. Start / Run / CMD Then IPCONFIG /ALL If you aren't getting any IP address assigned, you won't connect to the Internet and need to get this resolved. After an hour or two, I remembered the suggestion from my office TSS guy. So lets uninstall this borked up TCP/IP stack. Source
