Member dlecan commented Oct 16, 2012 If you need a quick version of Play2War with #97, please tell me. Could you please go to the actual deployment area (it's a context menu action on your deployment in the Server view) and observe which files from your project did not get

Still get 404, no server errors and work directory /localhost/hello is empty –Jabda Feb 19 '13 at 22:57 also tried grails.app.context = "/" –Jabda Feb 19 '13 at 23:29 We'll make it more clear in the next release that the standard layout is not compatible with earlier versions of MyEclipse, sorry. Otherwise, you can wait v0.8. From menu options click on MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details and copy and paste the same here April 5, 2012 at 3:20 pm #325002 Reply Smitht19Member 1.

HACK! There are options to set source/javadoc.(I had little problems with my IDE and option #2 wasn't visible for me)It can be done:- (#1) via properties of jar file directly from project We Acted. Not the answer you're looking for?

Right now, we just ignore the warning and things seem to work. Unless I did some thing wrong MyEclipse 9.1 does not create src/main/webapp with Maven enabled. Please type your message and try again. 8 Replies Latest reply on Mar 17, 2010 5:45 AM by Richard Opalka Unable to process deployment descriptor for context and @Web Mark Lassiter In the end, I can fallback to configuring it outside my ear, but I'd rather not. Thanks Like Show 0 Likes(0) Actions 3.

From what I've seen that warning doesn't necessarily cause the project to not deploy. no hacks needed. com> Date: 2012-02-22 7:24:19 Message-ID: 2-718574-3-102083-1329895454942.jivesbs.jivemailuser () https://community !

The two examples I found reference some context.xml file that can be either in the WEB-INF folder of the war or configured as part of the JBoss server (outside my ear). Renamed the artifact to root.war Logged into JBoss 5.1 admin console Removed the already existing root.war(the one shipped with JBoss) Deployed the root.war created in step 1 Tried accessing the play my url is :http://localhost:1010/program/prog HTTP Status 404 - /program/servlet/prog type Status report message /program/servlet/prog description The requested resource (/program/servlet/prog) is not available. http://webjak.net/unable-to/unable-to-process-deployment-descriptor-for-context-in-jboss.html Then, I saw that the nested sub-process node X, Y positions went wrong (they got negative numbers). Is this a bug?

roopajavali commented Oct 16, 2012 It works fine after changing the web.xml. If you forget and try to deploy it anyway, the deployment will work, a warning message : unable to process deployment descriptor for context null appears in the log(...) Another JBoss-based i tried in all possible ways.
