If you shut down at night, try running Live Update manually, so that when this version becomes available in your area, it will pull the update down. Check This Out But, when I try to go to My Account from the main window, and then Access Norton Account, I get the same error message as before ( …unable to proceed, etc).
I get the same error message when I tried to activate the Secure Online Storage. If I get a virus during the night I'm going to be REALLY upset and look elsewhere from Norton. I've been using Norton products since they were Mac only and never had the kind of problems I'm seeing all of a sudden since updating to this latest Windows version.
