Do you have any idea what part of Norton would be interfering with printing emails in Outlook? Three more lines for 7 total. I googled the "Windows Printing troubleshooter" but still got nothing when I clicked the appropriate box that was supposed to lead me through the steps of checking the Windows printer setup. I have tried a repair option for Office 2003 with no success. Source

My apologies for not finding my way back to this to update... much appreciated! Also when I did a google search I did not find the exact error but many like it referred to java problems.
