I googled the "Windows Printing troubleshooter" but still got nothing when I clicked the appropriate box that was supposed to lead me through the steps of checking the Windows printer setup. I know I can change the driver to an earlier version, but that won't solve the problem, just hide it. I did find an obscure Microsoft KB [http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;821297] indicating that there was a known bug for the issue.
