Unable To Print From Outlook 2003 Html

Join Now Hi Guys I've upgraded a PC recently to Win 7 Pro (32bit) and installed all the software.  All works fine expect I can't print HTML from Outlook 2003 / Not sure what to do at this point. printer local TCP/IP keeping the currently installed driver, but the install failed with the error "Unable to install printer. On another computer with KB969897 installed, but not Office I can print HTML fine. Win32/Zperm virus & popups. Please try again now or at a later time. All the printers were greyed out. This only happens with HTML format, Outlook is happily preview Plain text and Rich Text format.

The print button or File>Print simply doesn't do anything when pressed. The same goes for spreadsheets - only bold and lines print. From the looks of it, this computer does not like the PCL6 for some reason. It was if she did not hit the print button at all.
