Why don't you take one of the machines and downgrade them back to 9 or 10. I've tried the CTRL J thing. IE merely reverted to the previopus edition (IE8) and all that's changed is appearance-and the fact that I can now download files again! Very bizarre.

Every other solution I have seen in your videos or anywhere else on the net does not seem to make a difference. I can click Save; the default location is Downloads. how about a solution that actually works. Once your work is done, remember to change the settings back.
